Logging in to your easycuci account should be quick and effortless. However, there are a few things worth knowing, especially if this is your first time accessing the platform from a new device or after a long period of inactivity.

Three Supported Login Methods

Easycuci offers three ways for you to access your account, and you are free to choose whichever suits you best:

  • Username + Password: The most widely used traditional method. Make sure your password is strong — a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols is best practice.
  • Phone Number + OTP: A verification code is sent via SMS to your registered number. Ideal if you've forgotten your password or want to log in faster.
  • Email Address + Password: A third option for those who prefer using email as their account identifier.

What to Do If You Can't Log In?

If you're having trouble logging in, here are the recommended steps:

  • Make sure Caps Lock is off when typing your password
  • Try a different login method — for example, use OTP if your password isn't working
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
  • Check that the phone number or email you are using matches the one registered to your account
  • If the issue persists, contact easycuci customer support via 24/7 live chat.
Important: easycuci will never contact members to request passwords, OTP codes, or account information via phone or email. If anyone claims to be from easycuci and asks for this information, please report it to our team immediately.

Automatic Security Controls at easycuci

The easycuci platform is equipped with a security system that works in the background to protect your account even without you knowing:

  • Login attempt limit: Your account will be temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts to prevent brute-force attacks.
  • Suspicious login detection: If a login is detected from an unusual location or device, our system will prompt for additional verification.
  • Automatic session timeout: If there is no activity for a certain period, your session will be automatically ended for security purposes.
  • New login notification: A notification is sent to your phone number or email every time there is a new login to your account

Log In via the easycuci App — Easier from Your Phone

For the best experience on your smartphone, we recommend downloading the easycuci app from the App. The app is available for iOS and Android, with an auto-login feature that saves you time every time you want to play.

After your first login via the app, you can enable biometric recognition — using your fingerprint or face recognition — for faster and more secure future logins.

Tip: Save the easycuci shortcut on your phone's home screen for direct access without opening a browser. On the app, this is done automatically during installation.
